Job summary

Join JRC's Missiles & Space Team as a Program Analyst supporting Navy programs. Drive operational excellence by managing schedules, drafting executive communications, and coordinating high-level engagements with Navy officials and senior leaders.

You will master calendars, organize events, and ensure accurate, compliant PowerPoint presentations while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or recent clearance within past two years.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with DoD and Navy officials and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-level engagements with senior Navy officials, program managers, and key stakeholders.
• Master the calendar: manage complex schedules, travel, and logistics for senior leadership.
• Craft executive communications: prepare, edit, and refine reports and presentations for top-level decision-makers.
• Ensure presentation excellence: review PowerPoint decks for accuracy and SSP branding compliance.
• Plan and execute events: organize conferences, meetings, and special events with timely delivery.
• Provide essential support: answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other tasks as assigned.
