Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MOBILE & INTEGRATION THREAT DIVISION, THREAT/TARGET SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties:

• Working knowledge of the contract process and COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) responsibilities;
• Understanding of Systems Engineering Technical review and their application to process improvement and project execution;
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, both oral and written;
• Initiating studies and analyses to recommend resource allocations and requirements, identify organizational deficiencies, and resolve administrative issues;
