Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the STUDENT MANAGEMENT BRANCH of SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Performing data collection and data mining for the purpose of analyzing problems and to determine efficient utilization of resources;
  • Conducting assessments on training availability to make recommendations regarding course utilization percentages or refining quota requirements;
  • Utilizing knowledge in training management tools/systems in coordination of scheduling and training operations;
  • Preparing briefings using charts and graphs to deliver visually effective information.
