Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables.
  • Engage stakeholders across NIH Institutes and Centers by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation.
  • Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting risks or delays to the team.
  • Update policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvements.
