## OMA Program Administration SpecialistApply: US - MD, Bethesda: Full time: Posted Today: 44159**Job Family:**Program Analysis (PAN)**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do: * Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables* Assist with engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up* Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation* Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the team* Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures* Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions* Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvementsWhat You Will Need:* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree* TWO years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, data management or monitoring and evaluation.* Proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Must be local to the DC metro area and able commute to Bethesda, MD, when needed.* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD \"public trust\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
