Greenscape is seeking an organized, analytical leader to oversee our Raleigh branch, driving improvements with clear goals and defined processes. You will manage branch finances, client relations, and team performance, while enabling career advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive management and leadership experience with a focus in Landscaping Maintenance.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Landscape Management or similar, preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend financial, operations, and client information in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite products, Internet search, and ability to learn new software expeditiously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and supervise the work of others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conveying technical information to all levels and customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge including plant ID, Turf ID, insect and disease ID and diagnosis, soil test interpretation, equipment calibration, pruning techniques, and pesticide application (preferred).
• Ability to read landscape and irrigation blueprints for comprehension and implementation (preferred).
• Self-motivated, able to perform under pressure, and work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight of branch employees, including training, retention, and exits.
• Oversee financial health and growth of the branch using company systems.
• Obtain NC Pesticide License within 6 months and maintain it.
• Oversee client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain rhythm of meetings and leadership sessions.
• Develop branch support for direct and indirect reports using Greenscape values.
• Ensure all branch staff wear appropriate uniforms and PPE.
• Foster relationships with other Branch Managers and Leadership team.
