Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Greensboro, NC branch and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage staff, the branch P&L, and partnerships with local businesses to grow loan volume and maintain quality portfolios.

The role emphasizes leadership, oversight of day-to-day operations, and adherence to company policies, with prize incentives and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience or completion of a required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to maximize branch profitability.
• Manage the branch P&L and drive loan growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Oversee loan approvals, document processing, and month-end reporting.
