United Land Services in Raleigh seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive branch performance, develop client relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards across our landscaping services.

You will collaborate with corporate teams, manage crew leaders, monitor contracts, and implement initiatives to improve processes and service delivery for commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in landscaping or related industry.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience (e.g., Divisional/Production Manager).
• Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch goals with executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee and support branch leadership in training and development of crews.
• Ensure proper execution and renewal of client contracts and compliance.
• Monitor and report branch performance with corporate teams to meet targets.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, performance management, and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving and quality measures.
• Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards.
• Promote a safe work environment and prioritize safety across all activities.
