Greenscape seeks an organized, analytical leader to oversee a Durham, NC branch. You will manage staff, drive financial growth, and ensure client satisfaction with clear goals and defined processes.

Role requires 5–10 years of management experience in landscaping maintenance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and NC pesticide licensing within 6 months. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in landscaping maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Management or similar preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend financial, operations, and client information in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet search; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch employees including training, retention, and exits.
• Oversee financial wellbeing and growth of the branch using company tools.
• Obtain NC Pesticide License within 6 months and maintain it.
• Oversee client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead meetings and develop branch support with leadership team.
