Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in landscaping maintenance.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Landscape Management or similar preferred.
• Ability to read financial, operations, and client information in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Read landscape/irrigation blueprints; plant, turf, insect, and disease ID knowledge preferred.
• Motivated, self-starter, able to work under pressure with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch employees including training, retention, and exits.
• Oversee financial health and growth of the branch using company tools.
• Obtain NC Pesticide License within 6 months and maintain it.
• Manage client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Foster employee engagement and retention; lead meetings and leadership sessions.
• Enhance branch support for direct and indirect reports using core values.
• Ensure uniforms and PPE are in place; maintain relationships with leadership.
• Collaborate with other Branch Managers and Leadership team.
