Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single restaurant's profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily operations. Reporting to the District Manager, the RGM oversees a team of an Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members (20-45 staff).

The role emphasizes controlling P&L, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards while fostering a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service knowledge.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work long or irregular shifts for restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Owns restaurant P&L and drives profitability.
• Reviews P&L lines to improve financial outcomes.
• Drives sales through guest service and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Manages guest experience and responds to issues.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff.
• Coaches and provides feedback to boost team performance.
• Manages labor and scheduling; ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Performs duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator when needed.
