Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Las Vegas seeks an AMDP Profit Center Manager to train in an accelerated management program and develop leadership skills while learning our business, operations style, and sales methods. You will plan, direct and lead all Profit Center operations to sustain profitability and drive growth.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3 or more years of wholesale distribution experience.
• 1 or more years of leadership experience.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Train within the Hajoca Management Development Program at an accelerated pace.
• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center.
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit sharing goals through team leadership.
• Determine customer account potential and set sales goals.
• Analyze financial reports to increase sales and margins.
• Ensure the Profit Center meets customer service expectations.
• Build relationships in the community to grow market share.
• Safeguard Profit Center assets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
