Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Southern California seeks an Accelerated Management Development Program Profit Center Manager to train rapidly, learn our operations, and prepare for a leadership role.

You will plan and lead all Profit Center activities, drive sales and profitability, recruit and coach a team, build market share in San Diego, LA, and surrounding areas, and ensure safety and compliance. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of wholesale distribution experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Able to work onsite in Southern California region (San Diego, LA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Train within the Hajoca Management Development Program at an accelerated pace.
• Learn about our business, operations style, and sales methods.
• Develop your skills and move into a leadership role when appropriate.
• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center, ensuring profitability.
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit sharing goals through recruitment, development, coaching and management of the Profit Center team.
• Determine targeted customer account potential and establish sales goals.
• Achieve top-quartile performance on key metrics and analyze financial reports to boost sales and margins.
• Safeguard Profit Center assets and ensure a safe working environment.
