Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Accelerated Management Development Program (AMDP) Profit Center Manager to lead a Profit Center in Southern California. You will train in an accelerated management program, learn Hajoca's operations and sales methods, and advance into a leadership role as you drive profitability.

The role focuses on planning, directing, and sustaining profitability while leveraging strong people skills, business judgment, and teamwork to achieve sales and profit-sharing goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of wholesale distribution experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Able to work onsite in Southern California region (San Diego, LA, Van Nuys, Corona, Costa Mesa).

Responsibilities

• Train within the Hajoca Management Development Program at an accelerated pace.
• Learn about our business, operations style, and sales methods.
• Develop your skills and move into a leadership role when appropriate.
• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center.
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit sharing goals through the Profit Center team.
• Determine targeted customer account potential and establish sales goals.
• Build relationships in the community to grow market share.
• Safeguard and maintain Profit Center assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
