Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an experienced Wholesale Distribution Manager for a Leadership Development Track in Denver. The role leads a Profit Center, directing sales, operations and profitability.

A structured 6–24 month training period precedes appointment, with hands-on learning across sales and branch operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/service and at least 1 year in leadership, plus optional product knowledge for the local market.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of sales and service experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, market share, and profit sharing goals through coaching and management.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
• Determine targeted customer accounts and sales goals for those accounts.
• Analyze financial reports to increase sales, margins, and efficiency.
• Ensure the Profit Center meets customer service expectations and safety standards.
• Build relationships in the community to expand market share and identify new markets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
