Executive level responsibilities include managing multiple projects, driving growth, and recruiting top talent, with a base salary range to reflect experience and performance.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 12+ years experience in Big Four, national accounting, consulting, or professional services.
• 2+ years at Director level.
• Strong track record leading client engagements and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory engagements including audit and IPO readiness, technical accounting, and operational accounting.
• Serve as trusted client partner, turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Coach and develop delivery teams while overseeing multiple projects.
• Help grow the practice through new opportunities, expanded client relationships, recruiting, and mentoring.
