Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking a Managing Director to own and lead the combined Construction and Manufacturing practices. You will oversee a unique two-practice P&L, build and mentor CFOs, and drive growth across both sectors while ensuring client outcomes meet EOS standards.

This senior role requires deep leadership, a track record of managing multi-industry portfolios, and the ability to operate across construction and manufacturing domains with strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting/financial leadership.
• Experience owning client portfolios and practice-level outcomes.
• Comfort leading across two industries simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full combined P&L for Construction and Manufacturing practices.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent across two practices.
• Manage capacity and hold CFOs accountable to outcomes.
• Drive growth through defined client profiles and partnerships.
• Lead strategy and ensure high-quality client outcomes at scale.
