Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles, or 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting technology services engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to support moderately complex technology projects aligned to business objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.
• PMP or services-related certifications is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will support the delivery of client-facing professional services engagements from consultation through implementation, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives. The Professional Services Manager will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate planning, execution, and performance across moderately complex technology projects. Success in this position will depend on maintaining strong client relationships, identifying risks early, and helping drive positive delivery and satisfaction outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,450 – $170,010 annually
