Ladders is seeking a Program Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee multiple complex programs and projects requiring strong coordination across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

The Program Manager will partner closely with stakeholders and executive leadership to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep critical initiatives on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in program or project management.
• 2+ years driving large-scale technology and data-driven initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and collaboration tools like Confluence and Teams.

Success in this role will come from driving large-scale integrations, improving processes, and ensuring clear communication, logistics, and resource planning across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
