Job summary

Veeam Software is offering a Professional Services Intern position for Summer 2027 in Alpharetta, GA. The program runs June–August 2027 (10 weeks) with a hybrid schedule 2–3 days per week and a focus on developing customer relationship skills alongside TAMs and Enterprise Architects.

You will gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT, data protection concepts, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship and potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Genuine interest in technology and customer relationships.
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Shadow TAMs during check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managed.
• Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings.
• Assist in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items.
• Support the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources.
• Participate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge.
• Identify trends across accounts that could be useful for the broader Professional Services team.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
