Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A genuine interest in technology and customer relationships
• Comfortable learning new tools and software quickly
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
• A collaborative, curious mindset — willing to ask questions and learn on the fly
• No prior experience with our products required — we'll teach you what you need to know

Aufgaben

• Shadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managed
• Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements
• Help prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings
• Assist in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items
• Support the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources
• Participate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge
• Help identify trends across accounts that could be useful for the broader Professional Services team
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects
