Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Project Management Intern for the Summer Internship Program in Alpharetta, GA. You’ll assist in building schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating logistics alongside Professional Services project managers.

No technical background required, you’ll gain exposure to waterfall and agile methods in a real-world setting. The 10-week program runs June–August 2027 with mentorship, development sessions, networking events, and opportunities for a full-time PS role after

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic PM tools.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers.
Help prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects.
Coordinate logistics for project kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews.
Help maintain project documentation and templates in our PM tools.
Track action items, risks, and follow-ups, and help ensure they’re closed out on time.
Support process-improvement initiatives within the PMO.
