Job description

This role sits within the Customer Success organization, helping enterprise customers scope, design, and build automation workflows on the Tines platform. You’ll connect tools via APIs, demonstrate solutions live on customer calls, and act as a resident automation engineer guiding clients through their automation roadmap without requiring manual coding.

Candidates need 5+ years delivering Professional Services or implementing SOAR or similar automation platforms, strong customer-facing consulting skills, experience with API documentation and authentication methods like OAuth2 and JWT, and a general understanding of how LLMs and automation models work, including prompt design.

This is a remote role that must be based in the MST or PST time zones within the United States. Target annual earnings are $120K-145K including salary and commission. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., as visa sponsorship is not available.
