What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for full-cycle business development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Full-cycle recruiting for direct hire professional positions, including applicant screening and offer management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and expand current clients
- Establish daily/weekly marketing and recruiting strategies to meet performance goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales experience, preferably in staffing, including new account generation
- Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, ideally with an executive search agency
- Proven ability to source and build a pipeline of talent using various tools and resources
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for technicians and maintenance engineer positions
- Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, and close deals
- Experience in negotiating placement fees
- Familiarity with additional recruiting platforms like Leopards and Zip
