Agent Recruiter - Remote

This position is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Pacific time zone.

Your responsibilities:

• Agent recruiter:Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads.
• Pipeline builder:Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.
• Reliable responder:Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents.
• Consistent collaborator:Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.
• Team player:Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals.
• Technology adopter:Achieving success by effectively usingbusiness analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect and SalesForce.

Qualifications:

• Experience:At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus.
• Sales savvy:Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement.
• Computer skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems.
• Communication skills:Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity
