Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Due to growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter. This role will be responsible for allocating recruiting resources to find top talent for our clients across various departments including Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Executive leadership.

Major responsibilities include:

1. Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and recruit top talent.
2. Consult with senior client leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
3. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified professionals.
4. Utilize online recruiting resources and our in-house database for sourcing candidates.
5. Review resumes and credentials to assess suitability for roles.
6. Provide candidates with comprehensive information about our clients and roles.
7. Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and targeted questions.
8. Manage all communications with candidates.
9. Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
10. Lead and document post-interview feedback sessions.
11. Review interview performance and take appropriate actions.
12. Perform reference checks and review results with hiring managers.
13. Extend employment offers within client guidelines and compensation policies.

Desired Skills:

• 3-5+ years in agency recruiting, managing client communication and processes.
• Experience with HR/ATS systems (Workforce, Taleo, Bullhorn, PCRecruiter) or CRM programs (Salesforce).
• Strong sourcing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Exceptional internet research skills.
• This role is 100% remote, with occasional meetings in Boca Raton, FL (1-2 times per quarter).
