Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) or LSIT Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC & Fort Mill, SC

Position Overview: We seek a dedicated Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) or LSIT Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience. The candidate should have expertise in drafting with Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE and experience with robots, GPS/RTK. This role offers growth opportunities and involvement in exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and surveying using Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE and GPS/RTK equipment
2. Managing record mapping, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivisions
3. Creating 3D surface models and preparing data for earthwork quantities
4. Performing construction stakeout calculations and other surveying tasks
5. Overseeing survey projects to ensure high-quality, accurate results
6. Collaborating with team members and clients to meet project goals

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5+ years experience in land surveying
2. Proficiency in drafting and surveying software (Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE)
3. Experience with GPS/RTK and survey technology
4. Strong knowledge of record mapping, as-builts, subdivisions, topographic surveys, and 3D modeling
5. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
6. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
