We are seeking a Professional Surveyor and Mapper. This position offers the possibility of remote work but requires licensure in Florida.

Hiring Bonus: Up to $10,000 for selected candidates!

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality control for survey projects from proposal to delivery.
• Oversee survey activities to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate with project team members and provide instructions to survey support staff.
• Stay updated with current technology and software changes.
• Perform calculations and mapping as needed.
• Research and compile project-related data.
• Analyze deeds and research materials for survey production.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; discuss issues with supervisors.
• Manage office personnel involved in your projects.
• Coordinate with field crew supervisors to meet project needs.
• Prioritize projects and schedules for yourself and staff.
• Coordinate QA/QC schedules.
• Monitor project progress to ensure client satisfaction and scope completion.
• Review timesheets daily for your projects.
• Assist with project estimates as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) or (PLS) in Florida; additional license in Georgia is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Successful project management experience in site development and surveys.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D for ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys; ability to review title commitments and conduct records research.
• Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
