What You Will Do:
Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking aProject Surveyor in Wilmington, NC. They will be responsible for supporting the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality assurance/quality control, and completion of professional survey services.
Responsible for completion of project tasks to with minimal direction. Responsible for the preparation and completion of accurate title boundaries, plats, topographic design surveys, control surveys, and various construction related surveys. May coordinate and, in some cases, manage the preparation of construction layout within area of specialization.
Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring of junior staff, client satisfaction, and business development under the direction of the Survey and Market Leaders. The successful applicant should be a proactive communicator and someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
