Position: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Senior Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Preference for NC & SC Licensed Surveyors)

Are you an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) seeking a leadership role in a well-established firm? We have been providing expert land surveying services across North and South Carolina for decades, founded on principles of excellence and integrity.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join us as an Office/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience and a strong technical background in land surveying.

Qualifications:

• Licensed P.L.S. (Preference for NC & SC licensure)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, GPS/RTK, and robotic surveying
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Record mapping and as-builts
  • Topographic surveys and subdivisions
  • Creating 3D surface models
  • Preparing data for earthwork quantities
  • Construction stakeout calculations
