Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes per production sheets for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; ensure safe food handling and equipment operation.
• Follow HACCP, safety, and sanitation guidelines and client standards.
• Clock in/out accordingly and work within assigned shift times (approx. 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Mon–Fri).
