Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer in San Francisco is seeking a cook to efficiently prepare meals, follow production sheets, and handle various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The position is full-time with an hourly wage between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour and shift hours around 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will maintain kitchen organization, safety, and hygiene following HACCP and client standards, operate large culinary equipment, and drive a delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid state driver's license.
• Clean DMV driving record

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events.
• Deliver prepared foods to sites following a predetermined schedule.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.
• Operate large culinary equipment and follow safety and HACCP guidelines.
