Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement professional to lead productivity evaluations and coach teams across Rayville, LA and the Southeast region. You will develop and refine processes, deliver training, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes teaching continuous improvement methods, supporting jobsite and office teams, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and safety in construction and engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; High School Diploma or GED accepted.
• 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred
• 50–70% travel

Responsibilities

• Conducts productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes and best practices.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve organizational processes related to productivity.
• Provides analyses to management on productivity metrics.
• Coordinates with Talent Development to train on continuous improvement topics.
• Guides employees and management on productivity matters.
• Coaches jobsite personnel and reviews project performance with leadership.
