Job summary

The role includes coaching teams, facilitating training and driving standard work improvements across departments. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of continuous improvement experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or HS diploma with applicable experience in continuous improvement
• 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or certification considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are used efficiently and safely
• Participate in cross-functional teams to refine organizational productivity and continuous improvement
• Provide statistical analyses and data to management on productivity trends
• Coordinate with Talent Development to create and deliver training on continuous improvement across departments
• Coach and mentor employees, supervisors, and managers on productivity improvements
• Assist project leadership with reviews and corrective actions to support project success
