Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Productivity & Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead the development, coordination and implementation of productivity evaluations, times study methodologies, and lessons learned for FTI construction sites in Lebanon, IN and the Midwest. The role requires 1–3 years of CI experience and a bachelor's degree or GED, with travel 50–70%.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED as minimum education.
• 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conducts productivity evaluations to standardize processes.
• Leads cross-functional teams to improve organizational productivity.
• Provides statistical analyses to management on productivity.
• Coaches staff on continuous improvement practices.
• Supports project leadership with action plans and metrics.
• Participates in hiring referrals and mentoring programs.
