Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a metrics-driven CI culture based on Lean Principles. The role focuses on standardizing CI activities across all facilities and mentoring future CI leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in manufacturing/industrial engineering, operations management, or business-related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and sustaining lean strategies in a high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities to develop CI leaders within Excellerate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert in Lean Manufacturing tools and principles (5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, A3, Root Cause Analysis, Mistake Proofing).
• Create and update the CI Plan to develop and promote a Continuous Improvement culture.
• Organize, lead and maintain Excellerate-wide Continuous Improvement activities across facilities.
• Identify opportunities with departments, implement measurable improvements, and deliver results.
• Develop educational materials to deploy CI methodologies and tools.
• Provide coaching through hands-on facilitation of Lean techniques and examples.
