Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead productivity evaluations at construction sites in Rayville, LA and the Southeast region. You will coach teams, develop standard work, and drive lean initiatives across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of CI experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Travel 50–70% and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background; 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience preferred.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and training on continuous improvement concepts preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; travel 50–70% listed as requirement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are being utilized efficiently and safely.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational processes related to productivity & continuous improvement.
• Provides valid statistical information and applicable analyses to management regarding productivity.
• Coordinates with Talent Development to develop and implement training on continuous improvement & productivity across departments.
• Provides guidance to employees, supervisors, and management on productivity and continuous improvement matters.
• Conducts on-site coaching and development related to audits or new work in crisis.
• Performs Project Expectations Review with project leadership and provides feedback and corrective actions to Project Managers and key stakeholders.
• Participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
