Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes and best practices are used efficiently.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational processes related to productivity and continuous improvement.
• Provide management with valid statistical information and analyses on productivity.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to drive education and train-the-trainer activities on continuous improvement across departments.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on productivity and improvement matters.
• Coach and develop employees onsite related to audits and new work under pressure.
• Review project planning elements with leadership and offer corrective actions to PMs, Superintendents, and teams.
