Job description

Experience with Graco air assisted sprayers, pumps operation, preventative maintenance, and powder coating is preferred. Knowledge of liquid painting processes in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments is necessary.

Key qualifications include:

1. Meeting fit test and medical qualifications for a respirator, with no facial hair.
2. Basic math and conversion skills.
3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
4. Ability to work at a fast pace on a moving production line.
5. Willingness to operate a forklift (training provided).
6. Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
7. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color vision, and depth perception.

Responsibilities include applying liquid paint, performing quality control, color changes, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The role offers a pay rate of $19.50-22/hour, located in Delano, MN, on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 6AM-2:30PM). It is a temp-to-hire position.
