Salary Range: Starts at $25-$35 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position:

We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Our projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. With a consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for a permanent position. Location: Maple Grove, MN.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $25-$35/hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel. Paid holidays, accrued PTO, a Floating Holiday, overtime at 40+ hours, and double time after 60 hours. Opportunities for advancement. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Drywall finishing experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare drywall surfaces for painting or texturing
• Use tools like joint knives, sanders, and drywall compounds
• Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints
• Finish carpentry: install trim, baseboards, molding, and detailed woodwork
• Fit cabinets and ensure precise measurements and finishes
• Work with wood and similar materials for final touches
