Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with top out in 12
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm — work 35 hr, get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am — 10% shift premium

Job Description

Perform various tasks in the Paint and Utility Shops related to cleaning, preparation for painting, and painting. Safely load, unload, move, maintain, receive, and ship all sizes of machines and equipment without damage. Operate forklifts and cranes to load, unload, and move materials and components. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Work under immediate supervision, typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.

Additional Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Apply paint in proper protective or cosmetic manner
• Assist in hanging or removing parts on conveyor lines for paint booth
• Paint a variety of items as required by process requirements
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Clean booth and change filters
• Use PPE including respirator or air make-up devices
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area
• Observe good safety practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read and write, follow work orders and instructions

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma / GED
