TO LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR-ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

Salary Range: Starts at $25-$35 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position:

We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. Located in Maple Grove, MN, this role offers a stable, permanent opportunity with consistent work, strong leadership, and a collaborative team environment.

Compensation starts at $25-$35/hour, with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, floating holiday, overtime pay at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours, and opportunities for advancement. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Drywall finishing experience

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing drywall surfaces for paint or texture
• Using tools like joint knives, sanders, and drywall compounds
• Taping, mudding, and sanding drywall joints

• Finish carpentry, including installing trim, baseboards, molding, and detailed woodwork
• Fitting cabinets and ensuring precise measurements and finishes
• Working with wood and similar materials for final touches
