Job summary

Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Tender Puller for 1st shift in the Debone Plant. You will set up and operate the line, trim and prepare chicken portions, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Pay is $18.50 per hour with benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation after 90 days, and a mentorship program. Standing for long periods and lifting 25–40 pounds required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Cuts shoulders of chicken by performing the following duties.
• Cuts shoulders according to set specification.
• Trims breast from chicken by performing the following duties.
• Trims chicken breasts according to set specification.
• Makes sure that the breast does not contain any bones or cartilage.
• Maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Dept. 129 - Tender Puller

Shift Time: 7:55 a.m. - 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS.
