Job summary

OK Foods is seeking a Floor Support on 2nd shift in Fort Smith, AR to assist Debone operations. Duties include setting up workstations, sorting and packing product, and ensuring accuracy with weights and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.

• Scale boxed product to required weight and label as per customer specs.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Shift Time: 4:55 pm to EOS

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; picking up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
