SURESTAFF is hiring Production Workers in Chicago, IL. This role involves manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with heavy lifting and standing for the shift. You will work on 1st or 2nd 12-hour rotating days, performing varied tasks with tools and equipment.

Compensation is $22.05/hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Temp-to-hire opportunities are available with speed-to-hire emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual tasks such as cleaning, painting, loading, unloading, transferring and stacking.
• Move materials using a hand truck and maintain clean work areas.
• Carry out janitorial duties and other general labor tasks as needed.
• Support packaging operations and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Follow 5S guidelines and operate safely within procedures.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Production Workers in Chicago, IL. As a Production Worker for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing operations. Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entailed heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $22.05/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include 1st and 2nd shift- 12 hour rotating days.

Responsibilities of the Production Worker:

• Perform manual work such as cleaning, painting, loading, unloading, transferring and stacking materials and supplies, scrap and waste.
• Use hand truck to move materials to and from storage areas.
• Perform janitorial duties and various cleaning jobs using hand and powered equipment.
• Other general labor tasks such as but not exclusive to the following: off-line wrapping of cans, sorting pallets, EOR slides, top frames, chipboards and other packaging materials for damage.
• Keep work area clean, neat and orderly per 5S program.
• Understand and follow procedures and work instruction related to this job function.
• Recommend improvement ideas in all areas.
• Record and maintain records as required.
• Giving breaks when needed in multiple jobs
• When required covering critical vacancies
• Perform other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications of the Production Worker:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Should be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
