Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive environment in Dundee, Michigan. The position is 1st shift, 6am-4pm, Monday–Saturday with potential Sunday work.

Pay starts at $18/hour. Responsibilities include loading/unloading metal parts, performing grinding, drilling, sawing, filing, milling, painting, inspecting parts, maintaining safe work areas, and assisting with machine setup and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience.
• Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with painting techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow and ice removal as needed.
• Follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
