Cardinal Staffing seeks a dependable Machine Operator to join a plastic fabrication team. The role involves operating production machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting daily operations.

Shift: 6am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday with possible OT on Friday. Pay starts at $15/hr with performance-based increases at 30 and 90 days. A 10th-grade education or equivalent is required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have prior machine operating experience.
• Minimum education equivalent to 10th grade.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to learn to operate specific manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a plastic fabrication manufacturing team. The company specializes in plastic fabrication and plastic injection molding. The Machine Operator will assist with daily manufacturing operations by operating production machinery and equipment, following established safety and quality procedures, and helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and is committed to producing quality products. Shift is 6am - 430pm, Monday - Thursday with possible OT on Friday. Pay starts at $15/hr with performance based increases at 30 and 90 days.
