Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Production Trainer to support on-the-job training, coaching, and development of new hires and tenured employees on processes, SOPs, and new products.

The role focuses on the production floor, observing and evaluating workers, maintaining SOP binders, and creating and documenting new SOPs as needed. Strong communication, organization, and safety mindset are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience as a trainer or training facilitator, preferably in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Tailor training materials and guide trainees.
• Assess, coach, and train on operations and procedures.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors, Management, and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and update SOP documentation.
• Lead OJT sessions, refresher trainings, and retraining as needed.
• Report progress of employees in training.
• Communicate clearly with management via email or verbal updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
