Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a Production Trainer in Gettysburg, PA to deliver on-the-job training, develop materials, and coach new hires and tenured employees on SOPs and new products.

The role emphasizes on-the-floor training, evaluating proficiency, and collaboration with Team Leads, Supervisors, and HR to close training gaps. Primary 1st shift with potential 2nd shift as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a trainer in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials and tailor them to the workforce needs.
• Coach and train on SOPs, processes, and new products.
• Assess proficiency and conduct on-the-floor training for new hires and tenured staff.
• Work with Team Leads, Supervisors, and HR to identify training gaps and recommend improvements.
• Lead testing and evaluation procedures to validate training effectiveness.
