Responsibilities

• Tailor training materials and provide direction to trainees.
• Assess, coach, and train on operational and procedural material.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors, Management and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and oversee testing and evaluation for training programs.
• Conduct new hire orientation, on-the-job training, refresher training, and retraining sessions.
• Report progress of trainees to management.
