Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Production Trainer to join our team in the United States. The trainer will create training materials, coach new hires and experienced staff on standard procedures, and train employees on processes and products on the production floor.

The role primarily runs on the first shift with flexibility for the second shift. A 3+ year manufacturing training background and MS Office proficiency are required. An Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a trainer in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tailor and deliver on-the-job training for new hires and tenured staff.
• Coach and evaluate employees on SOPs and processes.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors, and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and training materials and run training sessions.
